ORDERS + RETURNS
Can I cancel or edit my order?
If you need to cancel or edit your order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best, but we can’t guarantee changes after your order has been processed.
If you do cancel your order after it’s been delivered, your statutory right gives you 14 days from delivery to let us know, and another 14 days to send it back.
Do you offer refunds?
We get it, sometimes things don’t work out. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the day after your order is delivered to let us know. You then have another 14 days to return it for a full refund, so up to 28 days in total. This is your legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
We also offer a 30-day refund policy on unopened, unused items as part of our store policy.
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on opened or used products unless they’re faulty but if there’s an issue with your order, reach out. We’ll always try to make it right.
How do I check my order status?
Once your order is placed, you’ll get a confirmation email. As soon as it ships, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey. If you haven’t received an update after a few days, check your spam folder or get in touch.
My package is lost, what should I do?
Most UK orders arrive within 2–4 working days from dispatch. US orders take 5–10 working days from dispatch.
If it’s been longer than these timeframes since dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate with Royal Mail. Replacements or refunds are only issued if the parcel is confirmed lost after the full delivery timeframe.
For international orders, all dispatch and delivery timeframes are based on UK time.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship to?
UK: We currently ship within the UK and sell through Amazon UK.
USA: We ship across the USA. Any customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders with Royal Mail. Delivery timeframes start from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it’s placed.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days of being placed. You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. Orders placed after 12pm are processed the next working day, and dispatch times are calculated from then.
For international orders, please note all dispatch and delivery timeframes are based on UK time.
UK:
Standard Shipping (£2.50) → 2–4 working days working days from dispatch
Free Shipping on orders over £30
USA:
Standard Shipping (£4.50) → 5–10 working days working days from dispatch
You’ll get an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
When will my pre-order ship?
Something You Mist™ SPF 30 Face Mist ships from December 2025. We don’t have an exact launch date yet, but pre-orders are open.

If you’re in the UK and order the mist and UV Detection Stickers together, your stickers will ship first. A one-time £2.50 shipping fee covers the separate mist delivery.

If you're in the USA, only the UV Detection Stickers will ship for now. The mist is currently only available to UK customers.
