Can I cancel or edit my order?
Once your order is placed, we move fast to get it to you. This means there’s only a short window to make any changes. If you need to cancel or edit your order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best, but we can’t guarantee changes after your order has been processed.
Do you offer refunds?
We get it—sometimes things don’t work out. We offer full refunds within 30 days, as long as your item is unopened and unused.
We don’t accept returns on opened products for hygiene reasons, but if there’s an issue with your order, reach out to us. We’ll always try to make things right.
How do I check my order status?
Once your order is placed, you’ll get a confirmation email. As soon as it ships, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey. If you haven’t received an update after a few days, check your spam folder or get in touch.
My package is lost—what should I do?
Most orders arrive within 2-3 working days via Royal Mail. If your package is delayed, check your tracking link for updates. If it’s been 10+ working days and still hasn’t arrived, contact us, and we’ll sort it out with a replacement or refund.

We currently ship within the UK and sell through Amazon UK.
How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders with Royal Mail, and delivery times are:
